We have had several people ask us about updating their web site using file transfer protocol (FTP).  We do allow clients ftp access to update their website.  Please contact us if you have any questions about this.

1.  Make sure that you have your ftp login information.*
2.  Configure your ftp client to use PORT (or ACTIVE) connections.
