If Outlook Express has no current email addresses setup, it will use the setup wizard. If this is the case, skip to step four.
1. Click on "Tools" on the top menu
2. Choose "Accounts"
3. Click the "Add" button on the right and choose "Mail…"

Your NameType the name you wish to appear on outgoing emails, click "Next"

Internet E-mail AddressType in the complete email address and click "Next"

E-mail Server NamesFor both the incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server and Outgoing mail (SMTP) server fields, enter
mail.EXAMPLE.com
where EXAMPLE.com is your domain name.

Internet Mail LoginEnter the complete email address for the Account Name and the corresponding password and click "Next". Do not check the box for Secure Password Authentication. Click on the "Next" and "Finish."
